Water use:
Zurn Watercalculator: This was developed by Zurn which manufactures and sells bathroom fixtures. The methodology used and baselines are in line with what is in the market today.
Kohler: A calculator developed by the Kohler company. It is similar to Zurn but requires you to make more assumptions.
Federal Energy Management Program: This calculator is for faucets and showerheads and is very comprehensive.
Federal Energy Management Program: This calculator is for urinals and also is very comprehensive

Energy Star: There are many different calculators here for common commercial appliances and systems
